The final article in Maria Palma’s series of five is published. It covers an aspect very few people running online businesses even think about and I have to admit is something I need to improve on myself: Customer service. I think that if you are serious about succeeding with an online business then this is an important factor.

It is quite easy to overlook the importance of developing a relationship with customers when you are likely never to see them, but the rules of customer satisfaction and whether they will return to you still apply. Anyway I’ll let Maria explain these points in her article "Want to Double Your Online Sales?" .
